“I can’t say that these photographs have been inspired by a book strictly speaking, but what I can tell is that I made them under the influence of a book I recently read. “Le Sentiment d’imposture” (‘The imposture feeling) , which author is Belinda Cannone, a French writer, is a brilliant and lively essay about doubt, legitimacy and moreover self identity. When you try to do something artistic, these ordinary questions can become a barrier which put you in chains. So, this book gave me more self-confidence and spontaneity in my work. I hope it will go on this way…”
